A student at Appalachian school of law and a member in Phi Delta Phi fraternity created and manages this website as a part of his community service to benefit the students and landlords of Grundy, Virginia. Many law/pharmacy students do not have the opportunity to meet their landlord, talk to previous tenants, and visit these apartments. This website addresses this problem by giving landlords and tenants an opportunity post pictures, videos, and comments of their apartments.

Watch out for these people! They are terrible landlords and will come in your house/apartment without giving you notice. If you like privacy and do not lot to be bothered by overbearing and nosey landlords, do not rent from them! You will not get all of your deposit back because they charge you for obsurd fees.
ReplyDeleteSorry to disagree, but our experience has been GREAT. My son in living in one of their properties while attending ACP and we are totally happy. I think I looked at every property available and were so happy to find them. His privacy has never been violated, but then he doesn't have any reason to worry what they might find either. Just Saying.
ReplyDeleteThe problem wasn't anyone from cj properties. It was the owner of Lee Lynn apartments that came in on tenants. Cj used to manage the Lee Lynn place but they gave it up.
